The Teach sections offer resources and guidance on how to teach the various levels of secondary and further education computing in the UK. The resources are currently provided free for all confirmed teachers and teaching staff, all we ask if that you do not pass the resources off as your own.

Feedback and Submitting Resources

We are currently not taking feedback on our teaching materials as we build the site, but we will post how to provide feedback and how to submit your own resources as soon as we are ready to be more interactive with our audience.

Softwarre

To keep things consistent, and our resources relevant, we aim to target free and open-source software that we self host, either as a web app through our App Launcher or as a download of the specific version. If we update the version of the software used, we intend to update all our resources along with it. So you can be sure that any instructions are always appropriate for the software being taught.

That is an aim, unfortunately, we cannot always achieve this, especially if the version you have available on your school systems does not match or the resource is for a piece of software we are unable to host ourselves e.g. Adobe, Microsoft or Canva, but we will also state the version the resource is built for OR the date the resource was created so that you can be prepared for any mismatch between screenshots/instructions and what is available to you.
